Grade Levels: High School, Middle School Types: Study Guides & Collections Questions: How should we teach about migration?

Spanish speaking peoples are foundational to the history of the United States. In fact, the first European language spoken in North America was Spanish and the oldest city in North America with European roots is St. Augustine, Florida. The resources in this collection span the history of Latin American settlement and migration in the U.S.

Each resource corresponds to different themes in the Re-imgining Migration Learning Arc and can be taught using one or more Project Zero thinking-routines.
